Who we are.

What we collect, and when.
Forms and chatbot. When you request the free brand audit, use the contact form, or leave details with our chat assistant, we collect what you type: name, business name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, and optionally your website or Instagram handle and a description of your problem. We also record which of the three routes you used (form, contact page, or chatbot) and the page you were on — that's it, and only so we can reply with context.
Cookies and similar storage. Two kinds. Strictly necessary: one cookie that remembers your cookie choices, and browser storage that remembers whether you closed the chat window — these involve no tracking and are always on. Optional analytics: Google Analytics 4, which runs only if you allow it in the cookie banner, with IP anonymisation switched on. We currently run no advertising cookies; if that changes, the banner will ask first.
What we deliberately don't do. No data sales, no data sharing for advertising, no newsletter auto-enrolment, no storing your IP address with your enquiry, and the chatbot keeps no transcript beyond the details you submit.
Why we're allowed to process this (GDPR legal bases).
Answering your enquiry: steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). Analytics: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — withdrawable any time via Cookie preferences in the footer. Basic security logs kept by our host: legitimate interest in keeping the site up (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Who touches the data.
Our hosting provider (Hostinger) stores the site and lead records; Google processes analytics data if you've consented (Google LLC, with EU standard contractual clauses); WhatsApp carries messages if you choose to contact us there. Nobody else. We never sell or rent personal information — under CCPA definitions, we do not "sell" or "share" personal information.
Where and how long.
Lead details live in a protected file on our server and in naman@brandose.in's mailbox. We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after last contact, then delete it. Consent records keep themselves: your cookie choice expires from your browser after 180 days and we ask again.
Your rights.
If you're in the EU/UK (GDPR): access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, and withdrawal of consent — plus the right to complain to your supervisory authority. If you're a California resident (CCPA/CPRA) or in a US state with similar laws: the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale/sharing — we honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal automatically, and the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the footer opens the same controls. Wherever you are: email naman@brandose.in with "privacy request" and we act within 30 days. No discrimination for exercising rights, ever.
Children.
The site is for businesses; we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If that's happened, tell us and it's deleted.
Changes.
We update this page and the effective date when anything changes. Material changes re-trigger the cookie banner.
